While we love knowing in advance that one of our beautiful brides will be stopping by, you can absolutely walk-in anytime! Do keep in mind that all appointments take priority over walk-ins, so if you know you're coming by and want to know you have a dressing room and a stylist by your side to guide you, give us a heads up.

Our collections includes bridal gowns, mother's gowns, veils, accessories, and jewelry. We also offer men's suits and tuxedos. Our men's collection is our only department that you have the option to rent or buy. All other collections are purchase only. If you are looking for any other items, check out the selection at Engagements.

All of our gowns are between $199 and $1800. Our "sweet" spot where you will find the most choices will be in the $800 to $1500 range.

Oh honey, absolutely not. We also do not accept consignments, even on never-worn dresses. Our carefully curated collection is made up of all new designer gowns that are a blend of one-of-a-kind dresses, overstocks, and discontinued styles that our designers have decided not to go forward with for the upcoming season. All of our gowns come directly from our designers and are hand picked by our owner for style, quality, and value. 

Beautiful bodies and beautiful dresses come in all sizes! So, we stock from 0 to 30w.

We accept cash, venmo, paypal, and all major credit cards. You can also split up your purchase between any of our accepted forms of payment.

For our brides who want a little extra time to pay out their purchase, we offer financing through Paypal. To utilize this service, you will need an active PayPal account and be approved for a credit line through them. While you can wait and see if you're approved at check-out, we highly recommend getting pre-approved prior to shopping. For more info on that process, click here. And the best part, your beautiful dress leaves with you the day of purchase!

We can't hold a dress for you once you leave the shop. This is a policy that we aren't able to make any exceptions on. But we also know that this is a once-in-a-lifetime purchase and sometimes it just requires sleeping on it. And that's ok! Unlike some stores, you are welcome to make a "2nd look" appointment if you just need a little more time to decide.

Once a dress goes home with you, she's yours for life. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.

We do not have a set limit to our bride's guest count, but if you will have more than 4 guests with you, please let us know ahead of time. During busier days (like Saturdays), we don't have as much flexibility on extra guests as slower times. We do suggest that you consider limiting your guests to the people in your life that you know will be there to support you and make your One & Only experience everything you've dreamed of. Along those same lines, we do ask that no children under the age of 12 be included in your guest list, as our space is not ideal for children. We want you to be able to focus on finding your dress, not having to find a little one hiding in our dresses ;)

We love a good celebratory glass of bubbly as much as the next person! And you are welcome to bring whatever beverages you would like to celebrate with (please no other food or drinks in the shop unless you have set up a private VIP appointment). We will have bottled water available for you during your visit. We do ask that you wait to "celebrate" until after saying YES, when you will be taken to our celebration suite where we will have your beverages ready and waiting for you.

While we wish the answer was no, due to the location of our shop being on the 2nd floor of a historic building, our only access currently requires being able to navigate stairs. If our location is limiting for you, please reach out to us to see about scheduling an in-home appointment. You can also contact our sister store, Engagements, which can make accomodations that our location doesn't allow for. We want every bride's experience to be amazing, and we will do whatever we can to make that happen!
